Basic agreements

The contents of the cabinet are purchased at the start for €1,750. The GRIP-X cabinet is provided on loan free of charge. There is a minimum purchase commitment of €100 per month of products from the Sinatec assortment from the wholesaler for a period of 48 months. After this period, the cabinet becomes the property of the end user.

Agreements

For each additional empty cabinet, the purchase commitment is increased by €100 per month. Annually, it is checked whether the purchase commitment of €1,200 per cabinet per year with the wholesaler has been met. If the purchase commitment is not met, a settlement of €0.45 per euro of unmet purchase will follow. This also applies in case of early termination, including circumstances on the part of the end user. This settlement takes place once a year.

Delivery takes place via a selected wholesaler, with Sinatec guaranteeing continuity. The term is 48 months and starts upon delivery of the cabinet. Orders are preferably placed via the Sinatec app, so that monitoring of the purchase commitment is possible.

The cabinet is intended exclusively for products from the Sinatec assortment. The end user is responsible for normal use and maintenance. Damage, theft or loss is the responsibility of the end user and costs for repair or replacement will be charged. Prices are exclusive of VAT and Dutch law applies.
