In addition to the primary employment conditions, we also offer a number of secondary employment conditions.
Pension scheme.
Sinatec has a available premium scheme for all salaried employees. These premiums are deposited with an insurer but remain the property of the employee. The premiums are invested until the retirement date. On the retirement date, a pension payment is purchased from the accumulated assets. The premium + costs are fully paid by Sinatec.
Supplementary insurance.
For every employee, there is a partner/orphan pension and ANW gap scheme. The General Survivors Act (Anw) entitles you to a benefit if the partner dies, and an ANW gap occurs when, upon the participant's death, the surviving partner receives a low or no ANW benefit from the government.
Special leave.
Each employee is granted special leave based on 40 hours or proportionally 8 hours per year. If you need to go to the dentist or doctor, you can use these hours. If you have all the hours remaining, you will receive an additional 2 bonus hours credited next year!
Buying hours.
If you are short on holiday days, there is the possibility to purchase additional hours.
Overtime 200%
When the 40-hour limit is exceeded, for every extra hour, 2 hours may be claimed!

Safety shoes contribution.
Do you need safety shoes for your work, Sinatec contributes an amount per year towards the costs!
