The Sinatec Rewards program is specially developed for select wholesale dealers of Sinatec Europe and their end-users. It is intended for partners who want to stand out and benefit from their collaboration with Sinatec.

After registering, you will automatically accumulate Rewards with your purchases. Each month, you will receive a personal email from us in which you can see exactly how many Rewards you have earned during that period and what your current balance is. This way, you always know how much you can spend and how your performance is developing.

For end-users who utilize the GRIP-X Loan Schemes, the Rewards are also used as a measurement tool for the Delivery Promise.

Because there are multiple layers in the distribution chain, the Sinatec Rewards are calculated based on the gross value. This way, each party within the supply chain receives a proportional number of Rewards.

For wholesalers, the calculation is based on sales reports, which are then converted to the gross price. End users automatically earn their Rewards through purchases in the Sinatec order and service app, with the settlement also made based on the gross price.

For every €1000 gross ex VAT purchase value, you earn 53 Rewards.

The Sinatec Rewards are paid out based on the gross turnover of the Sinatec assortment. But there are also ways to grow your balance faster.

As a wholesaler, you receive a remarkable 530 extra Rewards on top of your regular points when selling a GRIP-X cabinet. Are you an end user with a GRIP-X cabinet in your workshop? Then, as an ambassador, you can also benefit: advise a colleague to install a GRIP-X and also receive 530 Rewards as a reward.

Do you not have enough Rewards to redeem your desired gift? No problem: you can always buy additional Rewards. You can easily do this via the portal or directly in the Sinatec App. The purchase price is €8.50 per Reward.

This also offers a solution for end-users with a GRIP-X loan agreement. Running into a Delivery Promise that you cannot meet? By purchasing Rewards, you can easily fulfill your obligation nonetheless.

The Rewards are always credited 30 days after purchase. When you receive the monthly Rewards update email, your balance is fully updated and the Rewards amount is correct.

Note that Rewards have a validity of 2 years from the date of issue. Make sure to redeem them within that period, so that no points are lost.

Some products are excluded from the program, such as
